- Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
- We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won't get damaged during transit. - WE DO NOT allow returns on sold products online or in retail outlets. We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
- Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made - be they online or in the retail store. We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
- We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:-
- We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
- If you cancel the order before processing it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
- Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.

Basic Refund & Return Business Rules:-
- There's is no refund/return/exchange after shipping or receiving your order on a dislike basis. So you can't cancel your order.
- In case of receiving a damaged or defective product reported within 24 hours.
- A proper 360ยฐ degree Unboxing video is a must. ( Video should start from showing the address labels, tracking no, outer package, then open the packet and showing the product and defective area also in one video clip. ( No pause/cut/blurry or filter editing video will be accepted).
- In case of RTO due to any reason, *RTO+reshipping fees* needs to be paid, no refund in any case, so give proper address n contact number, also track your parcels.
- If packet return must inform us next day or within 2-3 days. if you inform us after 1 month or 15 days. we'll not responsible for packet loss...as uh all know after 7 days of delivery tracking ID does not show anything that's why.
- In case of return or exchange due to any reason, reship charges are paid by the customer. We're not responsible for that. (So always give Proper address with Two contact numbers.)
