Terms and Conditions
These are some Basic Business Rules. After the agreement of the customer, we will proceed further. (customer should read this properly) :-
- We always try to give our best but every person's taste & likes are different.
- But there's is no refund/return/exchange after shipping or receiving your order on a dislike basis. So you can't cancel your order. Colour may slightly vary (light/dark) due to digital photography or mobile camera lighting effects or computer monitor settings can be there.
- Don't bargain all prices is fixed so please pay all exact amount.
- Small issues like extra thread come out, removable stain or spot, open stitching tailor chowk colour - these issues will not be considered in damaged/defective.
- Without payment no dispatch.
- In case of RTO due to any reason, RTO+reshipping fees need to be paid, no refund in any case, so give proper address n contact number, also track your parcels.
- In case of receiving a damaged or defective product reported within 24 hours.
- In case of return or exchange due to any reason, reship charges are paid by the Customer. We're not responsible for that. (So always give Proper address with Two contact number. )
- A proper 360ยฐ degree Unboxing video is a must. ( Video should start from showing the address labels, tracking no, outer package, then open the packet and showing the product and defective area also in one video clip. ( No pause/cut/blurry or filter editing video will be accepted).
- Don't blackmail like police, cyber complaint, FIR and all. Because we're already provided proper rule & regulations.
- On top of the address always mentioned Product size and prefers courier service name.
- If Tracking details are shared, then please be a little responsive to track it. Your responsibility is to check your tracking always. If tracking does not update within 24-48 hours. Please inform us.
- Report within 7 days if it is not received. No complaints will be entertained after that.
- Due to heavy dispatch sometimes tracking may get delayed but it is always dispatched on time.
- If packet return must inform us next day or within 2-3 days. if you inform us after 1 month or 15 days. we'll not responsible for packet loss...as uh all know after 7 days of delivery tracking ID does not show anything that's why.
- Covid crisis going on so no fixed date of delivery or urgent order, may also need to do office pickup as staff shortage is going on courier office. So in that case please keep patience.
